Fried Organic Vegetable with Curry

Today I attended "Health Promotion -- Cooking Seminar" held by my company general affair sector. They said having five vegetables and two fruits per day (called "vege fru seven") is a key to a healthy balanced diet.
They gave organic vegetables: an egg plant, a potato, green peppers (a big and a small). I cooked them with pork and curry powder. Some Potato was hard because I didn't add enough water, but it was yummy.
P.S. one of the teacher was sooo cute!
